Photo gallery: Cooking in the landscape took place in Sagres Fortress

Jorge Rocha’s performative action Cooking in the Landscape, took place last April 18th in Sagres Fortress. Within DIVAM, a program of the Regional Directorate of Culture, and integrating the “International Day of Monuments and Sites : Meet , Explore , Share”, the iniciative hada the participation of the archaeologist Rui Parreira and João Centeno ( a researcher on Military History) and was preceded by a guided tour to the monument.

With about 60 people attending we cooked:
– Atlantic croaker and cassava soup with fennel
– Mussels with chilli
– Mussels with thyme
– Fish Stew
– Orange with ginger and honey
