Sweet Potato Delight

6 eggs
Sugar 250 g
200 g of dark chocolate (melted in a double boiler)
1 sweet potato puree

The first step is to connect the oven to 175 and grease a round form with butter, lining with parchment paper and then smearing.
The magic begins here. It’s simple !! In a bowl put the eggs with the sugar and pick up a mixer like it would be a magic wand, hitting all until it grow to double.
Once the magical work is done, add the sweet potato, preferably of Aljezur and never that American sly quality that sounds most like pumpkin. Mixe it all and add the chocolate slowly, gently, without much effort.
Now, just pour this magic potion in the form and put it in the oven. The time it takes varies and just dont think this is a normal cake. It’s very humid and therefore you can jab thousand sticks that will be worth it.
